The Alba is a high-performance espresso grinder, with its 80-mm flat burrs grinding precisely and efficiently for an effective workflow on the espresso bar.
With an adjustable and removable delivery spout, the Alba lends itself to a variety of espresso machine brands, easily customisable to suit the selected group handle and deliver a clean drop off coffee centered into the handle.
An intuitive grinding experience for baristas has been met with the 3.5-inch touch screen display. This display houses three programmable recipes and also statistical metrics for the grinder.
